Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for a refund.

When submitting your request, please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and respond with detailed return instructions (including the return address, if applicable) as soon as possible.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the refund eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

4. Refund Currency & Amount

All refunds will be processed in USD (United States Dollars), consistent with the currency used for your original transaction. The refund amount will be equal to the total amount you paid for the returned item(s), excluding any potential payment provider fees (which are non-refundable by us). Since we offer free shipping on all orders, no shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

At this time, all our products are eligible for a refund as long as they meet the eligibility criteria stated above. If there are any exceptions in the future, they will be clearly marked on the product detail page.
