1. Warranty Coverage Period & Scope
All our orthotic shoes come with a [X]-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:

Unintended breakage of shoe soles or heels due to defective materials;

Loosening of stitching or detachment of components (e.g., insoles, straps) under normal use;

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, modifications to the product, or failure to follow care instructions. Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, accidents) is also not covered.
